The closer you are to Chinatown, the more problematic it might be. If the whole street is mostly asian neighbors, they will get suspicious. Several years back some neighbors reported an aamp to the landlord so they had to move. 31st and 35th is more diverse so it less suspicious.

Hire Rasmussen and do a survey of Asian apartments but this wasn't a problem back in the day of late 90's and the 2000's, I easily went to asian apartments in Buffalo Grove, Schaumburg and had a in at Korean Palace saw white escorts also, then a change happened.

I have attributed to too many dudes showing up, loud music thumping etc combined that trying to push their ovaries into their stomach with back shots, the attention of having black guys show up in certain wasn't worth the few dollars we bring so now you see lots of no AA or AA 35 years of age and older.
