I've opined about this very issue some time back. Go back to post 18586. Unless there's a complaint, Ferndale PD will not intervene. Tiffany operates a legitimate well established street level business. Ferndale doesn't want the attention a bust would create on Woodward.

See my previous post about Novi Massage for the intel I know about the Asian Massage on 12 at Orchard Lake. Wendy (or perhaps a new name being used there) is who to see there. Also her friend "Rose" might be worth trying but I cannot speak of any experience with her.
