Thanks for the info. In regards to the video backups that the owner kept. It is one of the reasons I stay clear of All Stars and their policy of scanner your driver license. Who knows how long that is stored and whose hands it could wind up in down the road.

This is great and I appreciate you clearing up a lot of questions in my mind. It has been rough not being able to go to my usual spots. Or if they are open get the usual service. I was going to stop at All Stars but was nervous about the I'd thing. I'm sure its not that big of a deal but still would prefer to remain anonymous. Apparently the owner had years of surveillance vids backed up & that's all in the hands of the locals & yes, that does include from the cameras in the dance area. It's what they saw going on in those vids that lead to the village board to vote for the lingerie / bikini dancer ban at the bars in question. These were also shared with surrounding municipalities in the area who'd boards also voted to ban in fear that these activities would move in to their town. It is uncertain if J's will ever open again but if they do, there will be NO dancers as things stand.
Then there's Bobby's. While they are open, they're on restricted hours (I believe only til 11). There are a few girls that hang out there but in everyday clothing, no Lingerie anymore. There are no dances at all. The few girls are trying to get tips for sitting getting cozy or giving a massage, but don't expect much. They getting a small crowd, they hired that smokin hottie bartender from J's (I believe Annie / Anna?) & she has quite a following to my understanding.
Carls, has not opened since the initial shutdown. Rumor is he may not reopen at all unless the ban is lifted but that is absolutely a rumor.
Louie's is open but only on the weekends, Thur or Fri through Sunday. You & the dancer must have masks on & the bartender / security (& anyone else sitting at the end of the bar) have a very clear view of the dance area on the video monitors at the end of the bar near the enterance.
As far as the traditional strip / gentlemen's clubs in the area, they don't seem to be effected by these bans. I think it has something to do with the type liquor / entertainment license. The lingerie bars always sort of walked a fine line on the licensing issue as I'm lead to understand.

Yep, All Stars in McCook just off Joliet Rd or 47th. The All Stars on North Ave burned down long before Covid & I don't recall ever having to wear masks there plus I don't own a TARDIS to travel back, LOL. Not sure what you mean about what the door fee is for other than enterance, admission, cover charge. It's $10 cover everyone that came in had to pay it. I was there on a Saturday. I have no idea if it's just a weekend thing, or evenings only etc. Definitely worth it as the dancers were all top shelf so to speak. I saw a couple dancers that I'd seen at some of the Mannheim bars, but for the most part, all very hot. Just keep in mind, if you go, the dances are not hi mileage like Louies or J's use to be. I'm going to have to swing by All Stars one of these days. I haven't been there since I retired. It used to be a semi-regular Friday night stop for me and my co-workers. Thanks for the detailed report on the clubs, you saved me a trip down to Mannheim. In regards to All Stars, which is one of my favorites, but I'm not a big fan of the I'd scan. No problem getting frisked or having my temperature checked, but having my I'd scanned and stored in the bar's computer really bothers me. Never know where that info is going to wind up at.
