From what I can tell there are at least 3 Russian / Eastern European agencies operating. Each has a pretty distinctive way they format their ad.

1) The one AlinaMalina is part of usually will have a single sentence saying their name, city they are in and dates they'll be there, and usually something else like Russian or Ukrainian provider or something similar.
