You're going to need to figure these things out on your own at first. There is plenty of info here on the forums. Use the search features and see what you can find. Try some out and get some experience. Report back in reviews here and you'll likely start to get more feedback on your questions. Unfortunately newer friends to the hobby have to prove themselves first before info is just given out. That being said, everything you want to know can be found by searching the girls names in the various forums here.

I saw her down in Franklin and was left hanging. As stated, she is a skilled massage therapist, but gives the impression there's more on the menu. I remember when she walked away and told me she was done, I was like 'wait, what'! She claimed that it would be different if I came back, but I wasn't trusting that.
