If its a legit agency I doubt it would be the case as they use Preferred 411 or some other way to verify you. Totally depends.

That stuff is extremely risky to give out if you're unsure of who's receiving it.

It's ok to do with extremely reputable providers, just keep in mind that if they are ever scooped up or an agency is raided, if they stored your info that is now obtainable by LE.

Some providers require it, so it's really whether or not you are willing to take the risky, as small or large as it may be.
