Further clarification for my previous post
Don't pay attention to the words. Pay attention to the simple formula behind them.
I personally always emphasise that I'm freshly showered with my teeth brushed and mouthwash used to let them know that I am clean and ready to go right now. Understanding addiction to better understand "the price" women ask for and why other people paying more doesn't affect you too much or them much for that matter, except financially of course.

" They would have just as easily ripped off the one person in the world they love the most and who are you to them in the current state that their mind is in? You're just a means to a constant predetermined end.

Any monger that doesn't understand this simple model is beyond help. Those who do understand, again, please stop blaming the girls when you get ripped off because you paid first, as that is your own fault. If a girl and her db rob you, then that is a different matter entirely, as that actually is beyond your control.
Once you truly understand their plight, even in spite of their own bad choices, it's near impossible not to have sympathy for them.
For those that don't know how to get a girl to fulfill the contract before you pay. You show them that you actually have the money and tell them that it will remain in your possession until they've held up their end of the deal. Reread above if you still don't understand why more often than not that they will agree to your terms. If they won't, walk away. I hope this helps those of you that actually took the time to read it.

Paying higher prices
IMHO, when a provider asked / demands higher rates, I do think of quality of service. A few things come to mind, ease of communication, safe location, quality of sexual experience, and attitude are just some things come to mind.
