Since I lived in Illinois most of my life and don't know Indiana's statutes as well. I do know that SS could possibly result in a public indecency misdemeanor for the client but I'm not sure if they could charge the therapist with anything for allowing him to do it. I can't really see it being as bad as the prostitution charge they can give a therapist for actually performing the act but the biggest deterrent for the therapist is usually the threat of losing their license. The license can be revoked for any form of indecency.

See my post 15109. I wrote a step by step guide to use the advanced search function. Code names are much easier to search than specific locations.
