Okay, here's the thing: time is money. That means the "expensive" girls can actually be "cheaper" than the "cheap" girl. Let me (try to) explain.

The truth is, I think they have some sort of ho convention, I think it's called HOPEC. That's where they set the prices. They keep those prices as long as mongers will pay them.

As far as service being better if you pay more, that has not been my experience. I've found that it depends on the girl, not necessarily the amount you pay.
