From what I can tell there are at least 3 Russian / Eastern European agencies operating. Each has a pretty distinctive way they format their ad.

1) The one AlinaMalina is part of usually will have a single sentence saying their name, city they are in and dates they'll be there, and usually something else like Russian or Ukrainian provider or something similar. Usually they will only be in town for 2-3 days then leave. After the sentence there will be 3 photos of the girl. The key thing with this agency is that they only use one phone number for all the providers there. If you schedule with them you have to make sure you ask specifically for the girl you want to see. Also be careful on believing reviews on this agency since they many times keep the same username but change to a new girl and put in the new girls photos. You can quickly check by going into old ads for them and see a different girl.

2) Slightly different format. Font is a combination of being either red and black. They will post rates. Each girl here has a specific number. Also if you go into their profile you can usually find a link to the providers own personal escort website. On their ad they'll post different upgrades like COB or greek. Usually they are in town for 2-4 weeks but also depends how popular they are. Similar to the 1st agency, they have changed the girl but kept the same username but doesn't seem like they do it as often. I've seen it happen maybe 2 times whereas the 1st one it happens it seems on most of them. This used to be the website you could keep up to date on the girls coming into town but lately they haven't been updating anything.

3) Don't see it as often so hard to explain how it is different but if you've seen the other 2 then you can tell it's not the same. Again they have their own number for each girl. Usually in town for a number of weeks. Once they leave they almost always will scrub their profile and ads leaving nothing but the reviews.

I've been with all 3 and each has their own pros and cons. Typically you're getting RB GFE. Some are poc friendly but not all. We are talking about Eastern Europeans so they can be seen as cold and reserved during your first meet up since that is a cultural difference between them and us. Problem is if they will open up and be friendly or is that just their personality. Remember that when you are messaging you are not talking with that girl but a manager. Also, photos usually make them look a whole lot better but that is the name of the game unfortunately.
