Seeking Arrangements

Thought I would share what has worked and hasn't worked as far as the first message for me. I've been most successful getting a response when I send a first message stating what I'm looking for: discrete, mutually beneficial, let's chat if that is interesting etc. The next most successful has been f they have something in their profile I can tailor into a first message as either a shared interest or a follow up question but I find most don't put enough in their profile to come up with much.

I've abandoned these because of the low response rate: Giving a compliment. A generic hi, how was you week, or something similar. Asking for more details on what they are looking for or their interests.

Favoriting and sending a message seems to bring the best response rate.

Curious to hear approaches that work and don't work for others.

When I have enough to keep me busy, I let my premium account lapse for a few months and revert to free, then return to a paid account when it's time to start prospecting again. They may or may not be real so if you can't agree on terms just go to the next one without giving it a thought. The goal is to move off SA to another means of communication ASAP in order to clear the SA filters but you still need to be civil there. I had accounts blocked and / or removed for no reason at all. SA will do it whether you're the coolest guy on the site or the biggest jerk. Blocking and filtering is definitely a way to go. But, I'll have to think whether the 99 is worth it for the first month. If I do it, I'll have to put some free time to really search the whole site within a month. I want to ensure I get my money's worth.

I was banned twice. Once was my fault as I was talking game directly in messages on SA. The second time, I have no fucking clue. I think someone reported me for rejecting her. I never got re-instated. I signed up again recently, but haven't renewed. I used a protonmail account and new burner #.
