It's political propaganda. As far as LEO is concerned 64 arrests were concerned with human trafficking because all prostitution MUST be trafficking, it's on the internet, so it must be true. That's 100% success. Besides, no matter what the charge is, they get $ for every arrest through fines, court costs, bail, etc. So not only is it politics of taking down a bunch of trafficking, but it's a money making operation.
