You can do a plate search and it will give the VIN # out or you can do the reverse with a VIN# and get the plate number.

IMHO, henrico is good area. East part could be little shady, still better than Chamberlain or Bells Rd, west henrico is great. In Midlothian you will find good hotels and bad motels, it just depends which part.
