Posts: 472I have a second FB account that is attached to my burner number, I put my real phone in a bag that a buddy gave me that is supposed to block info in and out, like a faraday cage I guess.

I will not run FB on my hobby IPhone. That app knows all. Zuckerberg is worse than the NSA with data gathering.

Posts: 1544I really don't like what's going on with cell phones. My daughter thought I was being a conspiracy theorist, but I went to visit her several months ago. During my trip, she wanted to talk about retirement plans, 401 Ks, etc. ,. So, we went to dinner and talked about all that stuff. My phone was in my pocket the entire time. When I got back to my hotel room, there was "push message" on my phone that said, "click here to learn about 401 K limitations for 2020". I don't usually discuss retirement and have never received a message like that before. The one time I sit and discuss retirement with my daughter, a message about our conversation shows up on my phone which means that the phone was listening to our conversation. I now turn it off when I'm not expecting a call or if I'm having a private conversation.

Posts: 880Don't assume you can ever turn it off.
I was on FB between 2008 and early 2013. During a few of those years I spent many an hour at Honey's or Sugar's. Funny thing was, I think every stripper there showed up on the PYMK list at least once under their civilian name.

I also suggest staying away from Facebook. I just looked through some of the settings and it turns out that my monger browser and texting app were sending Facebook data. Go to settings, under Your Facebook Activity go to Off-Facebook activities, and see how many apps are feeding it info. Mine had over 800 and I'm wiping them all.

That is correct. He is in for a long time and he has other counts against him that are still pending sentencing. She now hangs out with her dealer more or less. She is a great lay but is flaky and is a user who is very active on the SB scene. So it is only a matter of time. I am done with her and am glad that I did a few sessions. Got what I needed and got away without any issues. Will keep it that way. Too many fish in the sea.

Posts: 2167Yes that is correct. You can turn location tracking off completely, in the past FB was still harvesting this data. Now after the EU litigations. They do not (or at least not directly). The one way to give FB that data is to turn location tracking off then take a picture using FB camera. The EXIF metadata in your image file will have some location metadata still on it. It is extremely frustrating. But this will not at least allow FB to recommend a connection between two people.

There are quite a few ways FB could figure that out, and this is a recurring problem for a lot of people (and not just us mongers or providers).
If you had your non-burner phone with you when you met the girl at a hotel, and she had her phone, FB could have used to location data to figure out you were at the same place at the same time. FB insists they don't do that, though (and you can believe or not believe that). Similarly, if you made a hotel reservation (and FB could easily get hold of that) and she was at the same hotel they might have drawn the same connection -- repeat that a few times and chances are they would link the two of you.
If you play in this game, best to stay far away from Facebook. Too many ways connections can leak.

Posts: 501I have an explicit and respectful as possible profile that implies that I expect crazy sex on the first date. Most women I contact do not reply back, some even block me. The few that answer unless they have crazy arrangement expectations I end up fucking. But this one is, one of two, that replied being all mad, something along the lines of not being on SA to satisfy my sexual desires or something like that. She definitely has issues.

Posts: 501Facebook might have connected the dots for her. If you used Facebook on your burner or if you look at her Facebook profile.

Two years ago, I met a SB and hung out with her for a week in Miami. Even though we only saw each other a few times when I was there, she has continually begged me for money since then. I have blocked her on my phone and all of my e-mails. Today, she tried to friend me on Facebook and went through and liked all of my posts from the last 6 months. The only information she had about me was my first name, burner phone number, city I lived in and that I owned a business and a couple of blurry pictures on SA.
I blocked her on Facebook too, but she really is not that bright and if she found me with only my extremely common first name and basic information, then someone with the slightest bit of intelligence can probably find you. I'm not freaked out at all, if she decides to blackmail me she won't get anywhere, but I just want to warn people that have something to lose that they want to be a little more careful.

Posts: 472I am going to see if she wants to get together again and see if she will give me her number, I did find out after some research her husband will be locked up until she is in her 30's and I guess is still facing sentencing for other felonies, he has many of them.

Posts: 472I will give a bit more info so she is looking for someone she is attracted to, and someone that will take the time to get to know her, I do believe she isn't really looking for an arrangement but more like someone that will be more like a boyfriend, she did some things in her past relationship that I think she regrets and is not trying to find someone to fill that relationship void.

Posts: 128Yes she's a great lay. I have a couple videos with her. Definitely a flake. If anyone gets her new digits and wants to help a guy out let me know.
