As a Test, I just used "TOR" and got this message.

So most likely, Nord is being blocked for the short term by STG.

It certainly looks that way but the short term has now become about 6 months (if memory serves). Seems a bit odd. I'm now curious what type of abuse would have to be occurring in order for an entire network of nodes to be blocked. Sorry fo sidetracking. Just being overly technical.
