I have been to spas even had recently reviewed them just before a bust. Some of these spas that we review all the time have had issues with LEO over the many years of time. Just no way to know, the long time store fronts that have always offered extras seem the safest bet. Towns like Quincy, Waltham and Watertown that are heavily Asian seem to tolerate them the best and it there is a complaint it tends to be a quiet move along to the owner. Stick to those Towns you should fair well, China Town about the same.
