A few of the clubs have been posting that they will be opening on February 1st. Not sure what the rules will be when they return, but it looks like they have to close by 10 pm.

Yeah, I'm surprised that's not the case either. Either that or they have enough dudes who know their number to keep them occupied and solvent.
