Posts: 92I agree, that's good advice; don't give your hotel room to working girls.
Good advice, my first porn shoot I let the girl have the room we filmed in after (not for hooking) but I worried she'd run up a room service tab. I made sure it didn't happen. Way too risky with a working girl, even the ones who don't do hard drugs (that's what they say and I half believe them if I see no signs, but they probably do; I would bang middle aged women for half the prices working girls bang old men, but people tell me it's different.).

Posts: 468I did one time fortunately nothing bad happened
I did one time, the girl had no ID and she was sick with fever, she asked a room as the payment of meeting. I remembered the room was 65 at some Hotel Inn and I left 15 to her to buy food. She looked really sick and exhausted. It was scaring to me after I actually booked the room for her and I left her alone that whole night. Next day I called the hotel front desk at around 10 am to ask the hotel to check out the guest in my room. Luckily the girl had checked out by that time.

Did once, paid cash and small deposit was part of donation. The friend overslept and used up deposit and some. I was blacklisted by motel so lesson learned on my part.

You just give the money to the girl to get the room in her name, no problem!

Wow, this is very good information to keep in mind. Never thought about that angle; not sure if same laws apply here in Florida but I no intentions of experimenting and finding out.

I will echo Trolling's comments, although I know nothing specifically about anyone under discussion. Some of our lady friends also make bad mistakes to compound the charges. For example, they don't show up for court dates. Or they already have charges or are on probation. Then the cops starting looking for more on top of some minor charge. If you didn't know, there are many traffic infractions that the officer lets most people off but can choose to arrest you. VOP is another common charge. So is DWLS.

Hi, I'm traveling Florida for a bit, I'll be visiting Orlando soon. Just thought I would add to this topic.
I dunno about FL, but up in Georgia there is a law that punishes one for "operating or providing a house of prostitution", meaning if you own, rent or control a property (they even count vehicles in this), and prostitution occurs on that property, you can be punished for it.
In other words, if you get the room for your date, and the provider uses it for other clients and gets pinched, you can be on the hook, as well.
That's not counting all the other things that others have brought up: drug use, overdose, assault, rape, murder, damage to the room, etc. These things do happen, more than we tend to realize. I was staying at a very popular incall hotel while in South Carolina on a work assignment. There were at least a half dozen providers staying there. Assault was pretty common. One gal and her client shared some H and the client had an overdose in her room. All of them were users, and used in their rooms.
Lot's can go wrong, and like others have said, you'll be the first person the cops come to talk to if it does.
And while you may trust and know the provider, you can't say that about her clients. You have no idea who she's seeing or what sort of stupidity they'll get into.

This is the key point. Think at at a minimum for cleaning charges due to smoking to something insane like a fire. Give the girl the cash to pay for the room under her name. If you want something long term, you may want to have her book a AirBnB or apartment under her name and then make the payment for it.

Imagine the cops being called to that room for a fight, or some drug induced rage, or maybe a lethal overdose. The will have questions for you. Embarrassing at the least, possible criminal charges at worst. Not worth it.

Posts: 532Very risky at best. As others have mentioned, you are 100% liable for whatever happens in or To that room.

I concur that it's NEVER a good idea to leave a provider with a room in your name. Too many risks as was said.
I once had a provider that was able to somehow convince a somewhat upscale hotel to give her access to the room we shared after I left town. One of the staff had seen us together walking through the lobby and thought it was OK. The girl invited over some local thugs where they stayed that night, hosted some mongers, added an additional day to the room for a second night and rang up over a Cleveland (on the thousand dollar bill) worth of Newports, Food and Liquor in room service to the room before the hotel decided to call me and confirm the charges. I told them I had left the city the day before and didn't give anyone permission to use the room after I left and didn't know why they'd give key to my room to anyone without my permission. I suggested that they call the police.
They apologized and removed all the charges.
