Social media is way too out in the open for me. I literally don't have any accounts. I do feel like the game could be shifting that way but I'm super hesitant. So, unless it's a definite, "friend", who's in the biz, yes, you've got to be careful. But I like searching for the UTR's anyhow. But it DOES require much more work. Not like finding an ad and calling and setting up an appt right away. Just a casual conversation over a period of time, earn the trust and develop some rapport. Then things can progress. Once again, this takes MUCH more time and effort than just calling an ad, however, with the current quality in online advertisers these days🙄 sometimes worth the work.
