You need to read the thread for Richmond VA for the sugar bowl. Like the past month or so of regular posts, and then all of the archive. It is the de facto national thread and archive for all things sugar, not just for the Richmond area (though of course some people do post local specifics too). It will take you several days to get through all of that. IDK how in the world you'd get started doing this without that assistance. I certainly used this site a lot when first getting going.
