Google has an ap "Voice" assigns a number you can make calls and text from. I think the prefix is easily spotted as Google so some girls ignore it. Not traceable on a phone bill if someone like a spouse has access to see who you are calling or texting with but I am guessing the IP could be tracked by government or large company. You can use it to text from other devices also which has business advantages since you can tie it in with you cell phone to text and make calls with a laptop for those of us that hate texting on a little phone keyboard. Safest is still a burner phone but with cameras everywhere now and ability to use triangulation to within 10 feet of a phone. You could make a call with one, they could trace it and check cameras.
