Just follow up with them after a day or 2 in a polite way, keep doing this with few days gap in between (don't spam). I waited around a week. All my messages went unanswered for sometime, but got cleared later a week. They may be waiting to hear back from your references.

Wow I figured something was up. I tried to use them last month and right when I got there, I was told that it was cancelled because they had no electricity! Not good! CVIP fix your services and take care of your customers.
