In your google account settings you can "pause" tracking history and delete all location data. You can also pause and delete search, YouTube and advertising tracking history. Also in the google maps app you can disable the feature where it saved yor parking location. Did this years ago before I got into the hobby and the settings are saved until you change them but I go into the settings every so often to make sure.
