It's a scam. When you text the number they reply back with a different picture Posted saying it is for privacy. Then asks location and wants you to pay $25 for a video chat verification.

She's definitely real. That's Barbie who used to be on the Northside for a while last year. So, you can pretty much get anything you want from her, and usually for pretty cheap. I've had good experiences and not so good experiences with her, but never had any safety concerns. Those pics are older, so I have no idea what she looks like now, or her condition.
