I am not saying that they are fake but usually when they do not have a local location or the name of the city they are in. Its a fake ad. Sometimes a provider does put in something silly like "My Apartment" for the location but more often than not they are fake ads.

Agree, but I'm also patient and screen heavily as well. I see maybe 1 provider a month at most, and tend to stick with a regular I find. Only when I travel, do I explore. Generally, I start looking a month in advance before traveling to line up a few options. Someone said my criteria rules out 99% and I agree, it does.
