I find the ghosting or non responsiveness weird. They are in it for the money, do they not realize that the ghosting ultimately is a $200-400 loss in profit and if the bad review is published, can equate to 10 others not calling and having an overall impact of $2 k-$4 k? 5. I generally will not go to in-call only providers unless there are glowing reviews, then I will.

6. I avoid smokers as much as possible.
