House fee plus $ is my standard. But I generally forego the massage. AA has those nice loveseats that make it more obvious a massage isn't needed LOL.

I did once. I went to AA looking for Eva / Michelle. She wasn't there. The girl working there grabbed me by the arm and wouldn't let me leave. Met Lucy and Amy. Lucy is kinda stocky but very firm and her massage is nice; she takes pride in giving a good massage.
