I agree with Dew completely. I first saw her last year, based on her old pictures. Seems like a no brainer cause she's too attractive but here I am. Asks for money through cashapp before you even show up. Already a red flag but I told her I'd send it once I was there. Long story short, cash app wasn't letting me send anything more than $5 and she wanted to send a bunch of small payments. No way she's legit. Two points, first the area on the map more closely represents a parallelogram than a rectangle.

Second, the area demarcated on the map basically covers the highest concentration of African-American population in the Milwaukee area. The chances of being murdered, robbed, struck by a car ignoring traffic lights, or something as pedestrian as being ripped off by your provider are astronomically higher in this area. The problem is this is also the area where a monger is least likely to be arrested for hobbying. It's also the best area for bargain hunters. Not a lot of 20 or $40 BJ's going on in Waukesha. My problem is if I really think clearly about the risks I'm taking with my hobby, I'd never get laid by anyone other than the wife. Oh the boredom.

Yes this is the one I was asking about. Thank everyone for their knowledge and advice always welcomed. The meeting I setup with her was during the day. I have lived in Southeastern Wisconsin for 54 years. I know what I speak of. The rectangle was put together with data from Milwaukee Police Department and the Milwaukee County Sheriffs department from 2000 to 2019. It comes from shot spotter maps and crime statistics. Crime statistics comprised of shots fired, homicide, aggravated assaults, assaults with use of a weapon, strong arm robbery, battery, car jackings and car thefts, muggings, and other violent criminal activity. I omitted data for lesser offenses like domestic crime, burglary, retail theft, breaking and entering as well as crimes that would not necessarily impact a monger directly like arson, drug related crimes, sexual assault, and vandalism. If you factor the travel risks (driving your car through this area) and the sheer number of accidents that happen due to lawless driving on the northside. Its even more dangerous.

A correction to my comment on "South of Mequon Rd" as the northern border of the rectangle of doom.. I misspoke. County Line Road/Hwy Q is what I meant to say. It starts at Greenbay Road and goes west all the way out to Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls/Germantown. From 2000 to 2010 you could have argued that the northern boundary would have been anything south of Brown Deer Road was dangerous. However the line keeps moving North as crime increases.

I will grant you anything North and East of Greenbay Rd (Hwy 57) or the Milwaukee River would be an exception to the rectangle.

Unfortunately crime is on the rise in Menomonee Falls and Germantown mainly along County Line Road / Hwy Q and Appleton Avenue. So that would expand the rectangle north and west.

The parts of Wauwatosa that are relatively safe are in the South and West parts of Wauwatosa with the more dangerous parts being in the North and East parts of Wauwatosa. There are pockets that are safer than others. The general area around Froedtert/Childrens Hospital, State Street west of Hawley, Parts of Wisconsin Avenue, Bluemound Road west of Hawley Rd, and during daylight near Mayfair Mall are safe areas of Wauwatosa.

There are several mongers that are traveling into the area that are not at all familiar with Milwaukee County. Mongers from out of state on business and those from Madison, Racine and Kenosha. One came very close to losing his life this week. We have to be honest with them and share good information.

Any Police Officer, First Responder, resident, business owner, and insurance company being honest would completely agree with what I am saying. There are some exceptions but for the vast majority of the rectangle of doom its a sad reality and this area is NOT safe DAY or NIGHT. You think I am being dramatic. You need to talk to some first responders, read the paper, check crime reports, and listen to the news more.

You want to take your chances during the day. Have at it. You think that the area is safe. By all means go. For me. NO PROVIDER. No matter how hot or sexy she is or mind blowing her performance is would be worth traveling into that area. EVER!

My bet is you lived in the outer ring of burbs your whole life and have no clue. Probably visit downtown once every two years, during the day.

The original area was a rectangle. I oversimplified it for those not familiar with the area. I adjusted it to accommodate other mongers who accurately pointed out there were safe areas within the boundaries I had originally pointed out. Instead of using words, I took a map and more accurately pointed out what area should be avoided at all costs.

To your second point. Facts are facts and the data cannot be disputed. You are correct. It is where the highest concentration of AA population resides. Its an unfortunate fact and a sad reality. I am not a racist or trying to make this a race issue. I am simply pointing out where criminal activity is out of control and trying to save fellow mongers from a very bad experience.

You are right. You are least likely to be busted in the area outlined. Why? Because Law Enforcement does its best to stay away from that area too. There is very little proactive law enforcement taking place in this area and its mostly reactive to violent events as they happen. The only exception would be Menomonee Falls and Germantown where those PDs are still actively trying to keep their cities safe.

Bargain hunting in this area is TOMBSTONE MONGERING. Is a cheap budget friendly experience worth your life? I say NO! I am not going out laying face down on a mattress on the floor in the basement of a crack house with a bullet in the back of my head or slumped over my steering wheel with my brain matter spattered all over the inside of my car the from a $20 or $40 BJ. No thanks. I will stay home and work on my kung-fu grip.

There is no conundrum here when the end game is to live and not be a victim.

I will never discourage someone from doing what they think is safe. In any regard, but I do think you giving that outline is a bit too much. Generally, unless you roll out there in a Maserati and park it in front of some broken down apartment complex, you won't be bothered unless you bother someone. People, by nature, avoid people. So it all just depends on how comfortable you feel you are with conflict, how safe you feel, and the risk you're willing to put into this hobby.
