Yeah, over the years that's happened to me more than a few times with various providers. We set up a time, I get there and text her and there's no response, I wait about 20 min and text again, and there's still no response so I take off. First few times were great. No issues. We seemed to get along well enough and she'd ask me to take her across the street from.
