Don't worry, they usually leave quick anyways once they find out other cities pay more. That's how we got KPC Mini before. I've been spending some more time looking into the price and talent / variety differential between here and up north. My gf used to have a houses up north and down here as a boss (all closed now) so she knows the markets well and we discussed this recently.
