The attitude as you mentioned is a big issue over there, many carry themselves as if they are doing you a favor and have zero understanding of what customer service is. The few decent providers are at least smart enough to fake it and make the session worthwhile.

That has been my biggest issue with that site and why I switched to the SBs a couple of years ago. I can't stomach the idea that someone who is getting several hundred dollars an hour feels that they are doing you a favor by providing the service that you paid them for. You don't get that from any other service professional, they are happy you paid them and want you to come back. It's why I refused to write reviews (I've been blocked several times because I refused to do it) or allowed anyone to vouch for me. I just won't participate in their bullshit.
