I've seen cameras in entranceways but never in a room. They're there to identify thieves or abusive users. These places do get robbed on occasion and have break ins at night. You could always ask if there is a camera but shouldn't expect a truthful answer. Giving the room a once-over is probably your best bet.

Some Spas have cameras outside the room. It is illegal to have any devices in the room, like a dressing room in a store. You can look around. But, most are hard to find. Try getting a hidden camera detector from Amazon and try it out.

If camera is illegal does that mean it's inadmissible if police seize evidence.

Unfortunately from what some people have said these masseuses have camera in the room the hope is that they delete the footage after certain amount of time as for Kraft I heard Massachusetts could never get away with BS they pulled in Florida about the secret filming though I think they can pull you over to confirm you went to the parlor I am more concerned about the women getting arrested and having police seize any footage though I wonder if mongers still have right to privacy in massage room then seized footage would be inadmissible though ask an actual lawyer I am only guessing on that so I would be worried about cameras but only if footage is admissible.

As for your blackmail question as long as these women don't know your name or license plate they can't blackmail you also if they do blackmail you tell them you will report the spa to the police.

Very similar experience. Went for hh last week. Noon-ish, place was not busy. Massage was perfunctory. No haggling after flip, which was great.

Nude body rub, unrushed. Overall great experience. Thanks for the recommendation!!

HA' I'd be happy if they had cameras and I ended up on pornhub.com as far as threats from LEO I'd laugh at them. 6 years ago at downtown spa in prov ri one of the girls unhappy that day.
