Not unless he also installed a detonator. C-4 is incredibly stable, you can light it on fire, microwave it, shoot it with a gun, drop it on the floor, etc. , and it won't detonate. The only way to detonate it is with a blasting cap or detonator, you need a high explosive, a tape deck would not do it.

That is Jewel, Diamond or Heather. She sent me a picture. Same face shot from her Jewel ad. Phone is the same also. There were plenty of crackheads in Scott Gardens too. That and Village Woods. But if you lived there the best thing you could do is become friends with the gang members. That's what I did and nobody bothered me.

I lost three car stereos and anything else of value in the car, in three months of living there before moving to another town.
