Been out of the game a while, trabeling the country. Swung thru the ole stopping grounds today and this chocolate lady caught my eye. Text was easy setup. And that's where everything easy stopped. I agree if you know what's going to be offered -- just the max of what you'd be willing to do for what price, if offered.
