I have great luck with my inversion table, which is what you lay on that you can hang partially or fully inverted from via your ankles to stretch the spine out. I seriously hurt my back 40 years ago that produced sciatica and other similar problems and it was never quite right even after a long course of chiropractic and MD care. But it has been fine 99% of the time since getting the inversion table which I now only use maybe once a year if that much. The first year I had it I would use it several times a week and it produced quick dramatic results. I'm convinced it was the 99.99% cure I was seeking that the chiropractors and docs couldn't produce.

I'm guessing your best bet is to find a therapist who works with a chiropractor.

Ivy Spa. The one on EC Blvd. Just E. Of 70th.

Walked in open door (mid pm) and could see girl napping on table / cot in room behind counter. Knocked on counter and she came out and took $100 as payment on $40 HH fee.
