A few nights ago I had finished up my Christmas shopping, felt I need to release the stress for the holidays.

I called over around 8:00 pm to make an appointment told her I would be there in 15-20 minutes, when I arrived the parking lot was very busy with convenience store customers and other mongers.

When I got inside I was told it was a 10-15 min wait as there was another monger sitting in the couch, I sat down and we both commented on how busy it was. We both had called ahead.
