Seems to be a lot of discussion on the Thai places. I have never had an issue with them trying pull a switch like some have described. I only had one instance where I called a particular spa and they were very polite in explaining they only had 2 lady boys working at the time I wanted an appointment. I thanked them and called another place. From reading the ads they seem to display right in the ads the gender of the person working. The Thai places I have found seem to be more pricey usually more for the hour and more of a gratuity is expected from the girls for any extras.
