Archive. Org is one of the wayback machines. There are several. What they do is take a "snapshot" of various websites and hold those in storage. So, if you have a specific page, and you want to see its changes or modifications, pop it in the search bar.

They waybacks' aren't perfect, and they don't even take a daily image in most cases. But you can usually suss out enough intel to help paint a complete picture.

Also a WHOIS search on a website can reveal intel as well.
