So if you keep talk to a minimum like ump case gets tossed with a half decent lawyer. Problem is they, LEO that is knows there no case but by the time they impound the car write the tickets that they make up on traffic problems they claim you did and by the time you done with lawyer and court fees, the city gets their money. They know if you don't say something to make it stick worse case for them is they get paid and you out a couple grand paying them. Just FYI. Safe but expensive as hell for sure.

CPD doesn't care. If you pull over, they're nailing you. Doesn't matter what you say or don't. That's why we drive around the block and look for backup. If she'll walk around a corner out of sight, you're fine.

My friend told me how he's been caught talking to women out his car on more than 1 occasion over the years. He got a small lecture and then told to leave the area. This is his experience though so YMMV.
