If you're looking for more than a HJ, you'll probably have to look for independents. As far as I'm aware you're going to have a rough time getting even more than a HJ at most, if not all, of the more popular nuru places. I'm not quite sure which independents actually do provide FS, since it's not something I actively look for, but I do know for a fact that Novia and Aria both offer it.
