Her place is a mess and parking is an issue. She's mid-50's, I think. But you have to remember, that not everyone wants a 20-something. Especially if you're an older guy. The only negative I really see with Brandi is that she talks too much, and it kind of takes away from the momentum. Super nice woman, but be prepared to talk, especially about politics.
