I did say afford. But it doesn't make a difference to someone that refuses to open up their eyes and see. The are a lot of people out there that don't have insurance or can't afford insurance or have the basic minimum required coverage to put them in debt if anything serious medically goes wrong with them. I have an Aunt that lost her job this year because of this shit. Do you know how much a Cobra Health Plan costs? Brutal. The real point to what I was trying to make in the post this all stems from is that it shouldn't surprise any of us how hard COVID-19 is hitting the United States. With the risk factors we are all aware of whom is considered high risk. Elderly, Obese, and underlying health conditions. We all know what the CDC recommends to help curb the spread. Social distancing, masks and Washing your hands. We also all know that you can't tell Americans shit. We don't listen. We are the fattest country in the World and we have the perfect storm of either people that don't have health care or don't use it in a preventative manner to stay healthy. They only use it for emergencies because it still costs them too much money. And the bottom line is when you add that all up we get exactly this. The most cases and deaths in the world. As a matter of fact even if one of these people living in a bubble on hear argued that half of the reported deaths were false, we STILL would have the most deaths of any country in the world. And it blows my mind that nobody is talking about why it is this way. Our political parties are too busy bickering back and fourth about who one the fucking election. I mean really? Or how about this joke of a stimulus check they are pushing now? 600 dollars? Are you kidding me? I mean I won't get one either way so it doesn't effect me but I mean damn, 600 dollars won't even pay one month of the median rent in any of the 50 states. What the fuck does that do for people out of work? It's really a sick joke. Or government is making the filter rich even richer and pissing on the rest. It's the tax payers money. And as far as me being a pussy? I served two tours in the Marines for this country and have seen and done things people don't even understand or couldn't stomach. Met these two thru Cuddlecomfort dot com and became close friends. One, aged 30, released from a Covid hospital stay, in Oakland County, a week ago. One 45, being released from 2 days ICU today. Upper Peninsula. Neither one has been cuddling for eight months or longer. It's out there though. Three neighbors infected this year as well (March, August and December).
