You pay a one time fee to Rs-avs (it's refundable if they don't give you the green light). They want the basic info, DL, business card etc. They will send a very generic email to your work email that does not reveal anything, just to see if it gets bounced back, and that is it. When you want to meet a provider you know does the usual screening, just text and say This is Abyolo, are you available? My rs-Avs amber is- it is your cell number.
