Exceptions indeed. Some don't use anything stronger than weed. Having a background in substance abuse treatment and therapies you learn the tics and tricks.

I've found the cheaper the provider the stronger the drugs. Granted there are a few on the higher end that might use, and don't exhibit anything in session, but like I said, rare. We can all easily agree that the further down the payscale the more drugs, harder drugs, abuse, and general fuck ups there are.
