You aren't providing your full name to providers are you? The purpose of Rs-avs is they get your info and verify you are who you say you are. You only go in their database as someone who sent them I'd info. All Rs-avs does is verify to the provider you are legit and you are who you say you are. There is no crime in giving rs-avs any info regarding your identity. They are a verification business, that is all. The owner got in trouble for income tax evasion, but nothing else. Her service of checking "background" is 100% legal.
