I've been active on SA for 3 years. 6 months ago I got fed up with the BS and started just doing 1 month stints on the site and take a few months off, repeat.

I rejoined in late Nov and have to agree it has got even worse. The normal BS is still there. GPS, fakes, time wasters, etc and the online only bullshit has gone through the roof (which I can understand given the pandemic). In the past I've always been able to weed through the bullshit and still get a handful of good meetings out of a month membership but not this time around. I did meet one new girl that was ok but not repeat worthy, and I've walked away from a couple attractive DTF's only b / c they wound up being CFS only with a higher than preferred price point + uber costs so I passed. But the rest of anyone that looked promising ultimately fell through due to them. No shows, gone silent, etc.

Given the economy I'd have expected this to be a fire sale of pussy. Like Dbomb I'm really surprised that its proving to be the complete opposite. I'm at a loss as to what the reasons for it would be for it either.

There have always been bullshitters and GPS types, but I've had no success this time around. I think I used to meet at least one girl within 1 or 2 weeks of subscribing, but nothing this time. Even when it seems like a meet is guaranteed, suddenly there's a problem or a new condition to meet. Sometimes it isn't anyones fault, just circumstance. But some of it is irresponsibility on the part of a SB, or an apparent lack of reading comprehension.

I thought the economic problems would make things more fair in regard to the hobby. More women joining (more options and competition), less GPS, more flexibility, less flaking, etc. Instead it seems to have gotten worse, and it only provided an excuse for demanding online-only stuff.

I do like variety however so I browse from time to time just to see if I'm missing anything. Seems like the site is getting worse and the flakes, platonics, onlines and scammers aren't going away.
