Think of it this way. My favorite analogy is using cars, for examples. We have a nice house, and an SUV in the driveway. The SUV is perfectly functional, but it's not the sort of vehicle that makes memories. Hop in an AMC Mercedes, or C8 Corvette for some track time, and you are making memories. We don't suddenly buy a C8 or an AMC, but we can certainly enjoy the memories.

That is what this hobby is about. Find love or emotional attachments elsewhere. The SUV in the driveway is where the home is. Keep your emotions there.

Many so-called hobbyists are either old, lonely or physically unattractive (or all three). These are usually the prime candidates for being susceptible to falling in love with a provider. However, rare exceptions to that rule do occur. I am neither old nor lonely nor physically unattractive, yet I once fell for a provider who mutually fell for me. It was heaven and hell for a couple of years but I eventually was able to get over my feelings of being "in love" with her, yet she and I have remained extremely close friends and still see each other regularly to this day, just to hang, have lunch or dinner (which she sometimes pays for), hit a nightclub for dancing (pre Covid) and simply have fun and enjoy each other's company. A rarity for sure, but after knowing her for ten years now and us still being so close, it was obviously a genuine connection that was made. Finding someone in the hobby that I would connect with beyond satisfying a physical need and enjoying an hour of fantasy was the LAST thing on my mind, but the heart sometimes has a mind of its own, regardless of the circumstances. Would I recommend falling for a provider? Absofuckinglutely not. I'd never go through that shit again. But I made a lasting friendship with someone (who is no longer in the sex work business) so I don't regret it. But to reiterate: never again. Live and learn. Whenever I find myself growing too fond of a provider nowadays I'm swiftly able to put that shit into its proper perspective, thanks to my past experience. Physical pleasure and a temporary fantasy: that's what it's all about.

You guys are too cynical. In my years of doing this, I've had 2 k-girls indicate to me in one way or another that they would be interested in a way out. I'm not even close to a high roller nor am I naive. I can tell when they're just pampering me or not. The first one moved to the Bay Area, and I could not find again. The second one is still around. Sometimes I get lonely and think about having a wife. I've had several GFs over the years. Nice to have that person to do certain things with. In my early 40's now and don't see getting married any time soon. But never say never? But I truly don't think I could ever "til death do us part. " So why start? I love K girls.
