My first bb experience with a pro was a kgirl. True story, her name was 'Bebe. I'm sure there are people that do get nervous about catching something (whether it be during the actual act or post nut clarity). However, you have to remember that when going bare it is a numbers game and if you are unfortunate, your number will come up.
