CONDITIONS OF PROBATION.

-Absolute sobriety, random urine screens. No controlled substance without a valid prescription.

-Treatment and / or counseling as determined by agent.

-Complete 20 hours of community service.

-No contact with Mayfair Mall.

-Obtain / maintain full time employment / schooling / treatment or combination.

CCAP on 11/30 also lists Tiffany's new address as the area of 25th & Morgan. Maybe she will go back working out of that address?
