Best time for "least crowded" is kind of a crap shoot. I've been to King and NDS and told that they have been slow all day, then in the middle of the session have multiple others come in. I would suggest calling the closest to where you are staying and ask. If there is a specific provider that you would like to meet you can always make an appointment.

I really didn't expect there to be such a big discussion on MC vs NDS / King, as I believe both business models have merit. Moreover, I hope this doesn't cause any bad blood between these establishments because it certainly seems like there is enough business to go around.
